How to calculate the number of rolls required?

Under the heading ‘rolls calculator’ we enable you to calculate approximately the quantity of rolls necessary to paper your walls. You simply have to insert the dimensions in metres of the wall to be papered.

What size are the rolls?

They are 0.53 metres wide by 10 metres long.

Is it possible to order paper by the metre?

No. The paper is available in rolls, the minimum quantity being one roll.

Can I order samples?

Yes. We supply samples of 210 x 297 mm (A4 size) for 1 € each, plus post and package.

Will my personal data be subject to data protection?

Your data will be stored with all the legal guarantees and will only be given to a third party, for example, in the case of the sending of goods with a transport company. Details of your credit card will not be stored under any circumstances; when you access our on-line shop these information will be given directly to banks who deal with your credit card.

Can you change the size and colours of wall posters?

No, we can not. Wall posters are like it is shown in the web site.

Is it possible to make wall posters with personal photos?

No, it is no possible.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Generally, we have all our wallpapers in stock and can be delivered immediately. If we do not have a particular article in stock we will contact you to inform you how long it will take for you to receive the said article.

How to speed up the service?

Provide us with an address to send the goods to during working hours so as to avoid delays in delivery.

Can I pay in a currency other than the €?

No. We only accept payment in €.

What happens if the wallpaper arrives in a damaged condition?

On rare occasions the wallpaper may have some kind of defect. If this happens, let us know immediately by e-mail and we will undertake to change the wallpaper or reimburse the amount involved at no cost to you. We will not accept damage claims submitted after a period of seven days from the date of the receipt of the order.

Can there be differences in colour tones?

Depending on the resolution and the method of colour reproduction in different kinds of computer screens, in certain cases a slight difference between the colour on the screen and the colour of the wallpaper can be noticed.

What is rapport?

By rapport we mean the interval distance at which the design is repeated vertically.

Can I use the same kind of paste for wallpapers and wall posters?

Yes. 3P methyl celulosic paste is the one recommended both for wallpapers and wall posters. Besides, it is also ideal for wood surfaces.

Do vinilos and stickers need paste? 

No, both of them are self-adhesive.

What sizes does the paste come in and how many rolls can I apply with them?

According to your needs you can choose between two sizes, 50 or 120 grams. With the 50 gr. size you can paste 5 rolls of paper and with the 120 one 12 rolls approximately.

How is the paste prepared?

For the 50 grs., add the paste to 4 litres of water and stir until you achieve a homogenous mixture. Let the mixture stand for 15 minutes and then stir well. Your 3P paste will be then ready for use.
For the 120 grs., add the paste to 8 litres of water and stir until you achieve a homogenous mixture. Let the mixture stand for 15 minutes and then stir well. Your 3P paste will be then ready for use.
